Richmond on the James: Grass grows on a brushy island with several trees showing their fall colors just west of Belle Isle on the James River in Richmond, Virginia, and there is a flock of gulls overhead. HDR from 4 exposures, aligned in Photoshop CS5 and processed in Photomatix 4, then further enhanced in Photoshop.
