"Badlands Moonscape" was captured as a full color digital photograph in morning light at Badlands National Park, SD. The image was converted to black and white in Photoshop. A light tint was added.

A morning glory tree at the top of Monte Alban, Mexico, overlooks Oaxaca City and Valley. This image was converted to black and white using the Selective Color layer process described in the AllindaPhotography.com blog

Topsail Sound, North Carolina at sunset. Topsail Beach. A scene in black and white taken from shore with tall reeds in the foreground, sepia toned.

Sunrise on South Beach, Bald Head Island, North Carolina. HDR composite from 3 exposures, tonemapped in Photomatix 4, then corrected for perspective distortion using Adaptive Wide Angle filter and finally perspective transorm in CS6. Converted to black and white in CS6 using B&W and selective color layers.

Lenticular cloud over Sleeping Indian Mountain, Snake River, WY. Converted to black and white and further processed in Photoshop CS6.

"The Three Graces". A statue graces the garden at Maymont, almost backlit by the late sunshine. Partially converted to black and white, with a hint of color left in the image.
